530. The first commissioners shall take office on 1 July in the year following that of the publication of the territorial division order.
They shall remain in office until the date prescribed for the next general election.

530. The first commissioners shall take office on 1 July in the year following that of the publication of the order respecting territorial division and shall alone exercise the functions of the council of commissioners until the representatives of the parents’ committee are elected.
